When: Saturday 11am fortnightly (check the church diary)
Where: Dudley Town Centre
For around an hour various men from the church stand up and explain the great truths of the Bible and attempt to reason with people and persuade them to consider their soul.
Other members of the church listen, give out Christian literature and speak to individuals on a personal basis.
Why do we go?
We realise that many people do not go to church. However we want everyone to know the wonderful things God has done in our lives. We therefore go out into the town centre to preach His great message.
This is also obeying Jesus’ command to “go into all the world and preach the gospel” Mark 16:15.
As Christians we do not find it easy to stand up in the town centre and speak publicly about the things we believe. We rely on God to help us. That is why we meet at the church to pray before going to the town centre. We ask God to help us, but also to help those listening to see how much they need a Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.
